Lifestyle brand Playboy (Nasdaq: PLBY) announced a unique partnership withĀ SuperRare to present theĀ Miami Beach Art Collection live today. Thousands of crypto fans were able to preview an extended version of a digital exhibit at BTC 2021 Miami. MBAC features original projects with artists such as REK0DE and MBSJQ. Ā The first heritage NFT collector will get a free framed limited-edition print from the Playboy Archives. The lifestyle brand is whitelisted as an early adopter onĀ the NFT marketplaceāsĀ platform and can curate and release ongoing collections.
Unique, stellar partnership with Decentralandās Art Week Ā
The collection will be featured during the second annual Art Week by Decentraland (MANA/USD), a virtual art fair featuring leading auction houses and galleries. The team of Decentraland, a decentralized virtual social platform,Ā partnered with Playboy to design a Playboy-branded art gallery inĀ the platformās Crypto Valley. Decentralandās users own and govern the platform and can create, experience, and monetize content and applications.
The Miami Beach-themed space will be fully customized, featuring the five NFTs surrounded by a selection of archive imagery and heritage covers of the magazine as well as tropical colours, palm trees, and a sand- and sea-covered floor. Playboy Chief Brand Officer Rachel Webber commented:Ā
