In the wake of one of the deadliest earthquake events in the world, the crypto industry has united to aid the victims of Turkey and Syria.
Two of the prominent names that have stepped forward in the matter are Carl From The Moon and Vitalik Buterin (co-founder of Ethereum).
The Web3 community has made substantial crypto donations to major NGOs, bringing a lot of relief for the victims and their families.
According to reports, Vitalik Buterin has donated over $250,000 to the victims of Turkey and Syria. The most recent donation made by the Ethereum co-founder was 50 ETH, amounting to approximately $75,000. This recent contribution has been added to the 99 ETH, donated previously.
