EFTPOS is actually an abbreviation. It stands for Electronic Funds Transfer at Point Of Sale. EFTPOS is used as a method of payment for goods and services. An EFTPOS machine is an electronic device that assists in the transfer of funds from a customers bank account to a merchant(business) bank account.
Users of the myCryptoWallet trading platform link their accounts to their new myCryptoCard. They will then have access to their Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ether (ETH), XRP, and Power Ledger (POWR), at any compatible ATM in the country. They can withdraw AUD by converting the necessary amount of crypto, which is done automatically at the relevant market prices. No fees are charged for this exchange service.
myCryptoWallet CEO Jarid Koenigsmann says:
“myCryptoCard will play a major role in bridging the gap between cryptocurrency and the mainstream. The cards mean consumers have the flexibility to use crypto where, how and when they like, and do away with so many of the fees that come about when exchanging back and forth between crypto and fiat.”
At the launch, the fees to use the card is waived off, no fees to spend, and no fees to withdraw cash. However, there are only a limited amount of cards available and is set to 3,000 free cards.
The exchange strives to differentiate themselves from the myriad of other cryptocurrency exchanges by providing the simplest, most professional, and secure cryptocurrency storage and trading solutions. Thus far, MyCryptoWallet appears to be fulfilling these goals and has seen tremendous growth since its inception.
