The DFINITY Foundation is hosting the gaming cohort of ICP.Lab at its headquarters in Zurich from Sep 11–14, 2023. All devs building games, metaverses, and the enabling infrastructure are welcome to apply.

Building a game or a metaverse virtual world on the Internet Computer?

If your answer is yes — first of all, WELCOME to the incredible community of developers building the future of Web3 on the Internet Computer! And secondly, we want to meet you in person at the next ICP.Lab.

ICP.Lab: Build the next generation games and metaverses

ICP.Lab is a multi-day event that brings together builders and DFINITY R&D teams at the beautiful headquarters in Zurich to exchange valuable insights, discuss pain points, share best practices, and foster collaboration. This is your chance to have a direct dialogue with the engineers and research experts building the Internet Computer protocol. The agenda will include various tech talks, workshops and tailored coaching aimed at giving you in-person guidance on how to progress with your gaming or metaverse project.

As part of the event, a public gathering at the DFINITY HQ will also take place, which will give participants an exceptional opportunity to present and pitch their projects to potential investors.

Application requirements

Before applying, here’s a checklist of criteria you need to qualify for a spot:

• You’re already working on a gaming or metaverse project, or an enabling infrastructure project.
• You have a demo ready to show to us
• You contribute ideas and requirements to make the Internet Computer and its ecosystem and even better place to build gaming and metaverse projects
• You’re motivated to accelerate the progress of your game or metaverse project
• You can make the trip to Zurich from September 11–14th, 2023
