Portugal-based Nova SBE Blockchain Club is hosting the fourth edition of the Lisbon Blockchain Conference on April 24 to discuss blockchain technology and its impact on business and the economy, according to a statement shared with CryptoSlate.
The event will feature over 20 distinguished speakers slated to cover various aspects of the industry and is expected to draw participation from key players like Morais Leitão, Bison Bank, and ReFi Lisboa.
Learning and networking
The theme for this year’s event is learning and networking. According to the Nova SBE Blockchain Student Club, the event aims to help students build better networks within the industry.
Per the statement, the students-focused event will equip attendees with a deeper understanding of blockchain technology while facilitating networking opportunities with peers from across the country.
Beyond blockchain, the conference will cover diverse subjects, including marketing, sustainability, venture capital, and compliance.
Attendees can choose between free tickets and VIP passes, the latter offering perks like a buffet lunch and exclusive entry to a networking session with speakers and sponsors.
Notably, Nova SBE Blockchain Club is Portugal’s pioneering student-led organization dedicated to blockchain exploration.
